Less Porn on the net
In the next couple of weeks changes are being introduced that will dramatically affect the Internet porn landscape. The conservative forces have pressured the Government into new draconian laws aimed at limiting the amount of porn on the net.
The new 18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping legislation makes is a requirement for every single website to hold the personal details of every model displayed. Previously a webmaster could simply point to a single custodian of records but now every webmaster must hold a copy of these records for every model’s picture on their site.
I really can not see any reason for this. I think there is a secret agenda to try to shame and scare potential models away from doing porn. In this regard I think it is evil and demonstrates contempt for the rights to privacy for individuals. It also puts the models at risk. Now potentially thousands of people know the models real name and address. What good does making such information publicly available do?
These bigoted hypocrites will claim that they are concerned about stopping child porn on the net but this is total bullshit. Child porn is already very much underground and those porn sites will continue to operate regardless. This new law will only impact on the already responsible adult industry. It really has nothing to do with protecting underage models because the adult industry is already self regulated in that regard.
I have already received instructions from a number of Membership sites to curtail using any images they provided to promote their site. The people that run site including Creampie Cuties, Hennessie and Creampie Thias have said they are not willing to release the personal details of their models and have asked everyone to stop using any pictures they provided.
In theory you will no longer be able to see these pictures online next month.

You will still be able to enjoy them as a member but no more galleries and free sites.
I am very concerned about the long term viability of such amateur sites. Without the ability to widely promote their models such sites will go under. The end result will be the decrease in porn.
There will also be an immediate purge of some really great porn from the net. I have had notification of more than a dozen membership sites that will close by the end of the month because the owners do not have all the required model release forms or the information is not to required standard. So that porn will disappear off the net forever.
So if you get tired of seeing many of the same old tired porn stars then things are going to get a lot worse. This new law is going to hurt a lot of people and mainly American’s because it does not apply anywhere else in the world.
It is just not models and porn sites that will get hurt either. Hosting companies will suffer. I am already aware of other webmasters moving their sites to Canadian hosts.
I have my CUM Slut gallery and Asian holiday collection. Next month I will either need to remove them or change hosting myself to a non-US host. This is very sad.
Offshore operators are not obligated to follow this new law. We can expect Russian and other European porn pay sites to flourish under this new law. In a year or two the IRS will alert the Government to the fact that they are losing Billions (yes not just millions) in revenue and see how quickly the law changes again. But not before its hurt many honest webmasters, web hosts and models.
